I would like to leave 0 stars, but it does not give me that option.
I mean I made a phone call to lender's office and a case for minor children. My grandchildren, his secretary stated that he would give me a call by 2 PM several weeks later and multiple phone calls to his office. He didn't even return the call with family matters. And people at distress for their children, he could have at least called back and said, I do not want to take your case, I would please ask anybody to reconsider for the lack of empathy on his behalf.
