Horrible company! The worst bankruptcy company you can go to. Fraudulently continues to charge you even after cancellation and takes advantage of people struggling. They will also make accounts to do their own reviews because they get so many bad ones! I don't know how you guys sleep at night working for a company like this. What a shame.

20 August 2021 I received a check from the Loss recovery law firm. Liberty Mutual sent me what appears to be a good check after posting on this website. After posting on this website Loss Law firm called and told me it would take a month to get Liberty Mutual to reissue a good check to me. Liberty Mutual listed New Rez on the first check as a payee,when Quiken Loans was supposed to have been listed as the payee along with me. I mailed the first check to New Rez to endorse the check and return the check to me so that I may begin my house repairs. New Rez are crooks and lied that they never received the check I mailed to them. New Rez has many law suits against them. Do not do business with New Rez mortgage. New Rez thinks I would t know if the check I mailed them was cashed or deposited. Do not trust New Rez mortgage or its ceo. Any way, my claim l filed with Liberty Mutual over damages from hurricane Irma may now be closer to being settled.
