The whole team of people on phone and office were very friendly also the lawyer Alyssa was friendly they all made me and my friend Roger feel at home. They got the service that we needed done fast. They were all very knowledgeable and bc I didn't have a computer they printed everything out for us too. If u ask them to do something they will be more than happy to do it like printing paper work out for u.

They were very helpful in assisting me with understanding how to address the medicaid/ICP waiver process for my mother. This journey has not been easy. I must of called every elder law firm in Central Florida. The cost was astronomical around $6,000 - $8,000 just for a lawyer to complete the application and you're still on the medicaid waiting list. Jason and his skilled team truly care about their clients like they are family. Not only do they do a very professional job with excellent communication, but they also are open to any and all questions and concerns. My mothers Medicaid application was complicated with selling of a house buying a house and several other things and I can't say enough good of how they knew just what to do and all the paperwork that went with it. Explaining clearly every step of the process what was happening and they have a great portal where all the paperwork is located, for easy access and uploading.
