I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience I feel it's important to share. I scheduled an appointment with this law office to discuss my father's ICE case. In the beginning, the staff -- especially Nathalie -- was extremely helpful and responsive. She booked my appointment right away and communicated clearly. Unfortunately, everything after that point was extremely disappointing. Although I was told there was availability the following week, I never received a confirmation call. I had to call myself the day before to verify the appointment. That's when I was informed that Elizabeth had flown out for another client's case. I completely understand emergencies happen, but no one reached out to notify me. We were told she would still be available to speak with us on Thursday, so both my father and I requested the day off from work to prepare for this call. On Thursday morning, I called again to confirm the Zoom meeting, and I was told everything was still scheduled. I called once more an hour before the appointment and was again reassured that we were good to go. I waited patiently until 3:30 PM with no call. When I followed up, the staff seemed confused, passing my call around and repeating the same vague information without actually resolving anything. At 4:30 PM, I called again since the office closes at 5 PM. I was told they would call me "no matter what." No one ever called. The next day, Friday morning, I reached out again. The manager assured me I would receive a call from the lawyer that same day. Hours passed, and again -- nothing. When I called at 2:30 PM for an update, I was suddenly told the lawyer would now be calling on Monday. This entire experience has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering the seriousness of my father's situation. We rearranged our schedules, waited multiple times, and received no communication, no follow-up, and no accountability. For a well-known attorney, I expected far better. At this point, we not only lost time but also confidence in their ability to manage something as critical as my father's case.
