July 2023 I was hit by an out of state driver near downtown Orlando. Both cars were totaled. Charger & Tesla. Physically my sternum was fractured and I had roughly 8 herniated discs throughout my neck to lower back. Advent trauma unit $42k bill just the beginning of it all folks. Fortunately I did not require surgeries or any invasive procedure, epidurals etc. Not at this time. My body will never be as strong as it was though but it could always be worse. Fast forward 18 months. At fault parties insurance company played the Dilly Daly game for a handful of months, underwriter out of the office for weeks on end. Through this Adam was diligent and unrelenting in his task to take these people to the round table and resolve this matter for me. Now the most fortunate part of this whole situation was the at fault parties vehicle was covered for Commercial Insurance. Most people have regular non commercial and some people have none! The outcome will most likely be based upon these 3 options. Just to give you an idea my total incurred expenses in just medical bills was roughly $$65-$70k. Advent wrote a big chunk off for being uninsured but was still sizable. Adam was able to work the other medical offices outstanding bills down so significantly that I really couldn't have been happier with the final outcome! All outstanding bills payed down to ZERO. Adam was taken care of with his percentage and there was enough left of the total settlement amount which I will not disclose but it made me very happy and I was able to invent some onto my import company and have a little something in the bank. Could not have pulled this off without Adam, I've talked to a hundred plus people since then that had auto accidents and many had very sad stories unfortunately. Adam is your guy!
