I did not get the help promised from this attorney. I paid the attorney in full which I was told will cover everything including mediation. I settled for less than I deserved at mediation so I would not have to pay any additional attorney fees beyond the retainer. Now, she wants thousands more in fees even though I was told there were no more fees if I settled in mediation. The x spouse is also in contempt of court for not complying with the court order. I have the divorce, but nothing else. With the evidence of a scam marriage, greencard fraud, embezzlement and export fraud other attorneys said I could have easily gotten an annulment instead of a divorce if she actually reviewed the piles of evidence that I provided to her. I am considering having this case redone with another firm on the grounds of ineffective council. I also spent hundreds of hours doing paperwork that she should have done and which she never reviewed. Attorney Jackson says to get another attorney to go after the x for contempt. I feel that she doesn't really care about her clients and just wants to settle cases quickly to fill her pockets without doing much work. I have many emails that were never answered to this day. I am worse off now than before. They seem to have more cases than they can handle. They can't even get my name right in the emails. I have many emails repeating the same things over and over. I regret hiring this firm and believe I would have done better on my own. I am currently gathering the evidence for the Florida bar to pursue this unethical firm and to have my retainer refunded to me. The paralegal seems to be the person handling most of the case with me handling 98% of the paperwork.

Ms. Jackson is an amazing lawyer!!! She helped me get joint custody of my son. I'm truly grateful for all of her hard work and great advice on my family law case. She is definitely a attorney!!!

I had provided her with numerous documents and evidence of my son's father's business ventures and other relevant information, but she failed to present even a single piece of that evidence in court. I felt like she was intentionally stalling the progress of my child custody case and that I needed to replace her as my lawyer. I was lucky enough to show this lawyer the last document and I was lucky I didn't sign it. My son father has not been around in 7 years he seen him 2 times and I still am not receiving financial support.
