Very unhappy!! I've been getting the runaround for the last 6 months. 43k zantac claim and not only do they take almost half but only send me 1600.00 and have changed the payout time several times!! I just found out that it'll probably be another 6 mos. I don't know what I'm going to do but I'm not going take it lying down!! I'm disabled because of prostate cancer and zantac and I'll probably be dead before I see anything else. I really can't believe it. I really trusted these guys and they know I don't have any leins which they are using when all they have to do is let me sign a agreement not holding them responsible. I just believe they won't and refuse to send me the settlement. I worked hard for years and I paid for All of my treatments through my work insurance and I have proof that they won't even look at or consider. They already sent me the 1st small settlement after months of research finally seeing that I had no leins last year and even then they sent me half of the settlement but not this time! Not even a quarter of the settlement and nothing has changed. I've had nothing else done since and now I'll be evicted for Christmas. I really can't believe how this practice has been doing us. I don't know why I'm surprised with all of the low quality customer service these days. It's sad. I wish I could have had a great experience with this firm. I don't understand why.

Unsatisfactory!!!! Waiting for over 5 months on my first Zantc claims only received partial payment of $1600 for a $19,000.00 settlement. I am a disabled veteran that is 100 percent disable. I have an another claim for $72,000.00 that is over 4 months waiting for settlement. Case manager informed me the reason for the backlog is a shortage of staff. I call Medicare and talk to a Director in billing informed me that there no storage of manpower. Keller Postman is not taking care of its duty to pay their client in a timely matter. These guys are awesome! They did a great job, and we're successful in my claim. They stayed in contact throughout the litigation and kept me informed. Highly recommend!
