I would not recommend this lawyer I'm not even sure how he got such a good review rating. He should be fired, inveatugqged and sued for negligence. Mr Duru lacks proper communication skills. He had my settlement offer from insurance for over a year before even presenting it to me. He failed to do any research (follow up with companies to see which bills were paid) therefore taking money out of my portion of the settlement. I feel like he didn't deserve half of the percentage he got (33.3%). Him and Mr Johnson prey on the injured just to get a quick dollar. Mr Duru is very rude sometimes and doesn't allow you to talk. He tells you lies repeatedly mostly about the work he is doing on your case. I feel sorry for recommending him to a few of my friends. He is a rip off honestly and I don't feel he deserves to be in business.
