If I could give them no stars I would. Stephanie Lynch is god awful. They are terrible at communicating with you through the case. Stephanie Lynch has been ducking and dodging me for 3 weeks and no one in the office will put pressure on her to do her job LOL. Better Business Bureau will have to get involved for you to get any answers. They definitely pick and choose who they want to respond to.
I got to the Accident month of June it wasn't my faults others driver was then i found this office online and contact them they promised me they will help me they did send me to the physiotherapy for over months send me to MRI and after that they disappear. Have been two weeks I'm keep contacting their office over and over and live a message and no one has been call me back somethings fishy about this Bergman office i don't trust them I don't recommend them to anyone at all.
