My personal experience with Lundy Law has been very positive. After I was in an automobile accident, I contacted Lundy Law office and they immediately reach back out to me. My attorneys, Miguel Surun and Mike Soska kept me informed and actual help me locate a doctor who really help me address my injuries. Lundy Law also has a portal that help me keep track of the progress of my case. Miguel and Mike answer every question I posed to them and made me aware of facts that I never thought to ask. I ultimately wish I never had the accident, but I am thankful to Miguel and Mike and the team at Lundy Law for taking care of me and my family. I have no doubt that they have my best interest at the fore front. I felt calm knowing that they knew exactly what they were doing. As previous clients have wrote the law firm starts off strong. I was in a serious car accident last November contacted Lundy Law because I believed they were the bear. I was assigned a paralegal Chad who insures me that I had a strong case I submitted all of my paperwork and started my physical therapy . Chad would do checking every 3 weeks and then they ghosted me no explanation no rhyme or reason just complete silence. When you contact them they say there not avaliable the person over the case isn't available this law firm gives you the real runaround I would surely stay away from them find a smaller company to deal with your just a number .

I'm still working with them but they are great with listening to my concerns. My case manager Michael Shinn goes to work as soon as I contact him. I know that I drive him nuts, but he is always patient and attentive to what I am saying. I didn't know anything about this process but he makes sure I know what to do and how to handle certain situations. Awesome to work with.

I truly have enjoyed my experience at Lundy Law. Mike Shinn was very attentive and patient with me. I asked 1,000,000 questions it seemed and he answered every one of them. If he didn't have an answer right a way he made sure to get back to me without delay. I would not wish this car accident or pain on any one else. My experience with Lundy Law left much to be desired. I called shortly after I suffered a catastrophic injury and was told that I had a strong case, they were eager to take me on as a new client, and it would be an easy process. At first I heard from their legal aide as an intermediary to set up the case background, he was professional and courteous. I e-mailed over medical reports, statements, pictures, etc. and was told over and over it was good information and that I had a strong case that was easy to move forward with. Weeks went by and I had no further communications from anyone at Lundy Law! Finally their legal aide called and asked for updates, which I provided as quickly as they would occur and was reminded that my submissions were strong and my case was solid. About a week later a lawyer from Lundy Law called me and we spoke, going over all the details. I was told my injury case remained strong, that I was doing all the right follow up, and that a case like mine might settle quickly! I spoke to the same lawyer once more who called after they had "heard from the insurance company" but was provided no details as to what that meant, what they were doing, or what their response was, but I would be updated when new information arose. Several weeks went by with no further further contact until the legal aide called me to tell me they were dropping my case as, out of the blue, they had a internal meeting that I had not been notified of, where they determined that suddenly the evidence wasn't strong enough (and by extension my well documented catastrophic injury strong enough) to litigate the case. I asked the legal aide how I went from a strong case to being dropped and was provided no answer. Lundy Law tells you what you want to hear and makes a million promises; as far as I can tell that's about all they did. With the exception of a letter acknowledging that they accepted me as a client, I received no further hard documentation to support what they told me in phone calls or emails. I have no evidence at all that they did anything with my case except talk me up on the phone! After my experience, it is hard to believe that they are aggressive personal injury attorneys or that they value their clients.
