Resolution day! So grateful to have had the time and commitment shown by my team at Jacob's and Crumplar. My attorney Patrick Gallagher was efficient, attentive and handled my case like a professional. The moment you decide to get legal representation, there will always be bumps in the road, however Pat and his wonderful assistants Regina and Tracey made this journey way less daunting. So happy to have signed on with the above team to help me with my legal needs. I would use this office again in a minute!!!! Thank you!

I don't take lightly the decision to leave this review. I've had multiple professional interactions with Mr. Gallagher over the years, beginning in 2021 when I consulted him about a workplace matter. At that time, he was attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. Because of that positive foundation, I trusted him enough to reach out again when a far more serious situation arose in 2024 -- a civil rights matter involving a traumatic brain injury and institutional accountability in-which he has experience. Given Mr. Gallagher's advertised practice areas -- civil rights, discrimination, and personal injury -- this matter, again, fell squarely within the types of cases he publicly claims to champion. He initially responded with interest, asked for updates, and encouraged continued communication as developments unfolded. I did exactly that -- thoroughly, respectfully, and professionally. I provided extensive documentation, including organized filings and precise legal context to facilitate his review. After an extended period of silence, I followed up twice. I was met not with clarity, nor professional closure, but with a brief, final message that felt needlessly cold and disengaged -- dismissing the matter without explanation and implying impropriety simply for having followed his own earlier instructions to "keep him in the loop." What makes this experience especially disappointing is not merely the disengagement, but the fact that Mr. Gallagher presents himself as an advocate for those harmed by institutional failures. The abrupt manner in which he chose to disengage -- after expressing interest and receiving sensitive information -- undermines the very values his firm claims to uphold. I understand attorneys must make strategic decisions about caseloads and case viability. But there is a meaningful difference between declining representation, and mishandling someone who came to you in good faith -- especially in a civil rights context. In situations involving trauma, accountability, and public trust, clarity and care are not optional. They are essential. If you're considering Mr. Gallagher for representation in a high-stakes, emotionally charged matter, I encourage you to weigh this experience carefully/

Jacobs & Crumplar took on my medical malpractice case when no other firm would. Courtney Prinski and paralegal, Lynn Hyde heard me out, treated me with kindness, honesty, and respect , and applied the full force of their resources and knowledge of the law to get me the successful outcome and closure that I deserved. Courtney Prinski is an intelligent force of nature who doesn't sell her clients short. She and Lynn Hyde kept me fully informed at all times and made me feel we were really a team. I highly recommend Jacobs & Crumplar. Five stars isn't enough.

Retained them in November (3 months prior) for a mold toxicity case against landlord, reached out multiple times for updates. Ultimately, they Let me know 2 weeks before my statute of limitations expired that they're terminating our contract. Unresponsive, dismissive, apathetic and unprofessional

I just want to share my experience with this law firm. I was turned down by several well known law firms however, I continued looking and time was running out. I called Jacob's and Crumplar and they sit up an appointment with me. The attorney I saw was David . I wasn't disappointed at all . David walked me through everything. I was totally satisfied with the outcome. I plan to let others know. Thanks again David
