Kathy Thomas of the Bethany Beach Office was terrific! I was having a dispute with a rental agency from a settlement W&T handle years ago. She pulled the file and took immediate action. I was refinancing with my ex and Elizabeth L . Soucek the attorney kept us waiting for over 30 minutes with no apologies and her and some of her staff through shade. I think they were prejudiced because we were a gay couple. Very callous near the end didn't ask us if we had any questions. Just a shady group of people and rude.

We wanted to get to settlement two weeks earlier than scheduled (due to my dad's terminal illness, and we wanted him to get to enjoy the property and spend some time out there).
