This office was recommended to me. I asked if they do free consultations. They told me yes and connected me to a paralegal. I tried to tell this woman my story, but she interrupted me and was only concerned about why I was denied for disability, the last time worked, assets and that if I had x amount of money in my bank account that I would be denied. It's like they sift through the cases that only benefit them. The paralegal was so rude that she sighed in my ear and told me I wasn't listening. I have died twice, just had major lung surgury, have an open chest hole and on oxygen all from having Covid. I was a healthy person until this happened ,but this doesn't qualify for benefits. I was told they didn't write the laws. Take it up with SSI. This was not at all what I expected! No compassion or understanding. I believe this office is working with the state. This person that I spoke to has not walked a day in my shoes. It costs her nothing to be nice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! First impressions are lasting ones.

I called about a consultation (May 30th @ 2 PM) regarding a VA disability claim and was told someone would get back to me. When I called them back several days later (June 2nd @ 4:30 pm), the unidentified woman on the phone pressed me for all of my information. Down to my personal medical information, such as disability ratings, dates, etc. When I asked why this information wasn't taken the first time (as by now, it was clear they had just blown me off) she blamed it on a temping agency. After she had collected a good portion of my personal information, I asked her for her e-mail so that I could send in the remaining documents I was told they would need for my case. She refused to provide me with her e-mail address and told me that I'd need to call back and get somebody else's the next day in order to send in my paperwork. What sort of business operates like that? I'll take my case up the road to somebody else.
