Do not trust Attorney Kenneth Leary, He will tell you everything you want to hear but doesn't do the work. He tells you not to worry ands trust him and him being an Attorney you give him the benefit of the doubt!! Do NOT TRUST HIM! I hired him 6 years ago and paid him upfront $1,900 as well as $365 for the court filing fee, also 3 times $15.00 for online classes. Plus recently he asked for an additional $345.00 to hire him for another case. I gave him all my documentation and he kept asking for it again and again. I had to fill out the documents myself with my own information several times as well and he still did not file my case. As the other person said he moved his office 3 times being evicted for non-payment n each time I had to supply him with my updated information and current forms. Since he waited 6 years to handle my case I had numerous fraudulent credit cards opened up in my name as well as online accounts opened in my name. He is very unorganized and does leave clients personal data every where. Recently, I asked him about my case and gave him two options. 1. Being file my case or 2 refund my money I paid. He said he would refund my money but still has not done so. At this point I am contacting and making a complaint to the board that regulates licensed attorneys. I want a total refund of $2,655 plus interest that I paid in full and he hasn't filed anything on my behalf. Just keeps asking for more money n more papers that I have already given him several times.
