I would have given no stars if I could but I had to select at least one. I've been very disappointed with my experience at this law firm. I have not been able to get in touch with my attorney for several weeks, despite multiple phone calls and emails. After requesting a refund of my retainer, I was told it would be sent to me on September 22, 2025. As of November 4, 2025, I have not received it. I've followed up several times by phone and email but have not received any response. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the amount of money involved.
