Mismanaged, Overcharged, and Negligent - Do NOT Trust This Firm I went to court with this firm, and they had already burned through half my retainer after a 30-minute intake call, a few vague emails, and two unauthorized phone calls (each billed at $385) -- one to my son's attorney and one to my mother's attorney -- both with zero explanation, zero outcome, and no follow-up. They completely failed to inform me that I could file in family court when I was being denied visitation and failed to advise me on essential parental declarations that should've been filed right away. They showed no urgency or understanding of my case and gave me no real advocacy or strategy. I was actively blocked from seeing my son, and they didn't seem to care. I've gotten further on my own than I ever did with their so-called "representation." Avoid this firm -- they will waste your time and your money. Don't go here if you're vulnerable. They advertise as advocates against narcissistic abuse, but their behavior mirrors the very dynamics they claim to protect you from. Cold, dismissive, and self-serving -- and their billing is predatory. Two unauthorized calls at $385 each, vague emails, zero strategy, and no follow-through. If you're in crisis or need real advocacy, this firm will exploit your fear and bleed your wallet. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I specifically booked with Kristen Wolfe after reading multiple reviews that Sheri could be condescending, patronizing, and even mean to clients--and after two years on this exhausting legal merry-go-round, I'd had enough of that dynamic. Unfortunately, I wasted $250 on a consult that felt like an insult to my intelligence. Kristen spent the ENTIRE 45 minutes twirling her hair like a distracted teenager--I'm genuinely surprised she wasn't chewing gum. She had no real insight, offered nothing but discouragement, and then had the audacity to suggest she'd take my half-day trial for a $25,000 RETAINER! It was outrageous and insulting. Worse than that? She was completely wrong about the legal situation, the likely outcome, and the strategy. Not just off--completely and entirely incorrect. And this from someone who markets herself as a narcissism expert. I am a licensed mental health professional who diagnoses people with Narcissistic Personality Disorder regularly. These women clearly do not understand how narcissism actually plays out in family court. If you're fighting a narcissist in a custody case: go elsewhere. I only scheduled a consult with Kristen because my regular attorney at Welty Esposito & Wieler LLC was fully booked for trial, and the judge refused to push the date. Luckily, Attorney Chris Hansen--an absolute shark from the firm--stepped in a month before trial and took over. He was razor-sharp, strategic, and laser-focused. He prepped me thoroughly and was fierce in court. I walked out of trial calmer than I've felt in years, and I credit that to his preparation and confidence. Their firm specializes in high-conflict custody cases. In fact, one of the partners, Thom Esposito, went through SCSU Marriage and Family Therapy graduate program while also practicing law--specifically to deepen his understanding of family systems, child development, and the psychological complexities that show up in these cases. That's the level of dedication and insight this firm brings. If you're in a high-conflict custody case--especially involving a narcissistic ex--and your child's safety and your sanity are on the line, do not waste your time or money on Kristen Wolfe or Sheri Shore. And depending on your court, know that some judges (sadly) still show bias against female attorneys in contentious cases. Like it or not, it's a reality worth factoring in. If you want to win, feel protected, and work with an attorney who gets it--call Chris Hansen. He is a boss. Full stop. And yes, I want my $250 back, what a waste! So unprofessional. SMH. Just to add: it is unethical--and potentially illegal--for lawyers to respond to negative (OR positive) Google reviews in a way that discloses client information, or even to confirm the reviewer is or was a client. STEER CLEAR!

Have you ever argued with a woman???? If you have, then you will know why that is their slogan and why these two women are the ONLY ones you want on your side during a family law matter. Shari Shore, has been a great help in so many ways and is the one I want fighting along side of me when I need it!

I recently utilized Wolf & Shore Law Group services for an additional matter involving a custody issue. I had the pleasure of working closely with Attorney Fernandez. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, always kept me up to date and in the loop of everything that was going on. She handled the case very well and found a way to get an agreement in place. She even explained and recommended options based on what would be the least expensive path for me to take. I am very pleased with the outcome and will continue to recommend Wolf and Shore Law Group with no hesitation!
