My family and I have worked with John over the years and we always receive his complete and competent representation. John is very knowledgeable and thorough and he's also very personable. John's methodical from the start and he is strongly reassuring in his approach and his professionalism stands out. I wouldn't hesitate to receive John's advice on most matters. About 7 months ago, I saw Mr. John in someone's meeting, I discuss my case and he promised me to handle my case in very reasonable amount. He did handle my case as a very professionals attorney. I find him a very good, sincere and true person and friend. He gave me extra time and all good advices even though it took his lot extra time. I will highly recommend him to save your money and case.

Stay far away from this law firm. They were quick to take my money but have so far failed to live up to their end of the deal. They were hired to assist with an immigration case, and everything seemed great until right after I paid them. They promised to send a contract several times, but have not done so yet (it's been over 2 months). They also refuse to answer when asked if they have a tracking number for the package they supposedly sent to USCIS. I have been attempting to get in touch with Susana, the paralegal my wife and I worked with, or John Serrano since May 15, but no one is returning my calls, texts, or emails. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not trust this shoddy firm with your money, time, or legal issues.

I had a pretty terrible experience about a year ago with a "bad apple" within the firm and recently posted a brutal review about it. I set up an initial consultation with an attorney at this firm about a year ago for an immigration case and upon arriving to my appointment, the paralegal told me the attorney was unavailable to meet and it was either meeting with her, Susan, or rescheduling. After the appointment with little information, I never got a call back regarding my case, and when following up, she told me that the immigration offices were closed and not processing anything because of COVID-19. Not sure why my ignorance at the time allowed me to take legal advice from someone not legally permitted nor qualified, but I learned and it worked out for the best. The experience sucked, yes and it kept me bitter as I would drive by the firm & remember the situation. It's not something you'd expect from a reputable law firm, but what came as a surprised was the initiative & willingness from Mr. Serrano to make it right. He reached out to me, after a year, and was open to having a discussion about my negative experience. I paid cash and didn't think I could get a refund but he offered to mail me a check for the fee that I paid since the service was not provided. I find it truly commendable of Mr. Serrano reaching out and willing to make it right.
