Rich Rochlin Law Group

Rich has been my lawyer for about 4 years now. I picked Rich because he is caring and I have observed that he knows what he's doing. I had a lawyer who had me accept a horrible situation and I trusted they knew what they were doing because I had no experience and Rich flipped it around. My ex is on their 3rd lawyer now. Divorce is one of the most emotional times in your life so you need someone who will handle you with care. It's not easy dealing with clients who are potentially having a nervous breakdown for months on end due to the slow court system. From reading the low rated reviews, as a general recommendation for any and all lawyers, time spent by lawyers setting clients' expectations and by clients asking their lawyers to set their expectations would result in more satisfaction by both parties.

Rich helped me with my Divorce which was a nightmare if I did it alone. He walked me through all possible scenarios and spoke to me truthfully without sugar coating anything which is hard to find now-a-days. I was glad I chose the Rochilin law group to represent me because it was a worry free process thought out the journey, his prices were affordable and not bank breaking. I will definitely be using them again for future legal matters! Thank you!

Only go with this law firm if you want to drop a minimum of $15k, for barely any communication, and having to constantly follow up with them. Then having to pay them for the reach out and follow up. Get prepared to spend $40 on a text to schedule a call. Ridiculous. You also have to pay for their disorganization of files! I took my business elsewhere, mid divorce, and it was the best decision I made. Within days, things started moving with my new law firm.

Work with her was amazing she know what to do when she got the assignment she worked together with me and my ex-husband to make sure we will walk without having she went above and beyond constantly giving me updates on what's going on and then the right way if you're looking for someone to represent you, please contact her and she will make sure you're happy

When Rich first met me, he looked me in the eye and said, "don't worry, we'll get you through this." And more than followed through on that promise. He and his wonderful team adroitly handled all the great difficulties and unexpected obstacles that arose during what unfortunately turned into a very long and painful process (not through any fault of his). His deep knowledge of the law, his adversarial skill in the courtroom; his ability to manage the many personalities involved; his willingness to answer my (hopefully not-too-frequent) off-hours calls, texts, and emails; and, most of all, his deep patience, kindness, and compassion, did, in fact, get me through this. Shout out also to Rich's wonderful associates, who are clearly following in his footsteps, and who also stepped up to help me when duty (very frequently) called; and to Rich's diligent and kind staff, who quickly took care of everything (and it was a lot of things) that needed to get done. I could not have asked for a better lawyer. I will always be grateful to him for counseling me successfully through a very hard time in my life, advocating forcefully and effectively for me, and ultimately getting me a good result, on top of everything else.
