If there was an option for no stars, I would've chosen that. Karen is inappropriately overzealous to the point where it seems that she is trying to work vicariously through her personal issues while exploiting other people's painful situations. She fails to consult her clients prior to taking significant actions that result in the detriment to the families for whom she is trying to obtain favorable outcomes. I would highly recommend for anyone considering her representation to think TWICE.
