This establishment is so unprofessional!! My dad, who is the client gave me permission to call probate to see why my mom's name is still on the bills and other tax forms, even after my dad paid him 300.00 to have her name taken off!! Then I called probate, with permission from my dad and the lady at probate told me that the attorney Jim McLaughlin did not send in the appropriate papers that were supposed to be sent in months ago so her name could be taken off. So then we called the office to find out why and Jim tried to tell me in a very disrespectful voice that he does not want me in his office and only my dad can come to meet with him and I told him very nicely that my dad can give me permission if he wants as he is the client and he is hard of hearing. so needless to say he's fired per my dadI!!! I recommend you go somewhere else if you need an attorney that is professional and that's going to do his job appropriately when he is paid!! I will also be looking into other legal advice to find out if his legal advice was within the law and if not there will be consequences!!

Attny Jim Loughlin contacted me through a letter. It took several calls and then a letter dropped at his office to finally get a response. He would not call me to speak on the phone about the legal issue in question even though I called and left messages several times; the only communication was through mail which is extremely slow. In the end, when his office didn't think the matter was getting addressed quick enough (as I was awaiting a phone call back), I was sent an extraordinarily large bill to coerce me into "fixing" the legal issue quickly so he could not bill me any more hours. If he had just returned my call to answer my questions, he wouldn't have had to go through the documents that apparently took him hours to copy from town hall, and then write up a ridiculous bill. This bill was never paid once the legal issue was fixed because Attny Loughlin knew it was bogus. It's as if he used it as a threat.

James makes you feel like less of a transaction and more like a friend who he cares for! He is very smart and knowledgeable! I would trust him to represent me for anything!

Took my money never called me back never emailed me back. His office is a joke the lady takes vm and he's never in to take or make calls.
