Closed on my house with them.... only used them because they were part of my Hyatt legal plan that I pay extra for, my insurance to cover closing costs... they never processed it under the legal plan after mentioning it 3 times before the closing... then at the closing, I mentioned it again and gave them all the info.. called a month later and they said they had nothing on file so I got screwed out of thousands of dollars. Will never use them again. Very unprofessional and unorganized... they also left the old owner of my house on the deed so when I went to sell the house it caused major problems at my next closing
