After being involved in a motorcycle accident I called The Haymond Law firm. I was totally impressed when the person answering the phone connected me with John Haymond. Mr Haymond and I talked a few minutes about each other and then the accident. He said he would have someone contact me soon. About 45 minutes later I was on the phone with Samuel Radner Esq. He said he could meet with me at my house in an hour and forty five minutes. This was four o'clock in the afternoon on the same day we spoke. What service does that? I had suffered a concussion and injuries to my hip and knee so this was welcome. Mr Radner is a professional. He was very easy to speak with. He didn't dumb anything down or talk down to me and explained everything I didn't understand and answered every question I had in a way that made me feel comfortable. He continued this approach through the whole case. Calling me with progress reports and asking if I had any questions. Most of the calls started with "how are you feeling." I don't believe this was so much about the case as it was a general concern for my health. He is a gentleman, a professional, an advocate and the best thing I can say about anyone, a good dude. I would also say that Steve from Haymond Law that handled the claim of my motorcycle damages was as professional and spot on. He also answered every question so I understood. Answered every call or returned a call quickly. Unfortunately, the bike ended up being a "total loss" and Steve did an outstanding job getting me what the bike was worth. These two gentlemen and their staff did an outstanding job taking care of my concerns and getting me the settlement I deserved.
