I found Attorney Berman through a friend, so I thought I'll just post my experience here to pay it forward for anybody who needs an experienced and empathetic attorney. When my wife had the car accident with bodily injury about two years ago, I was calling a few attorneys. Attorney Berman is one of them. He is very patient and didn't rush me to sign any binding contract immediately, unlike the other two attorneys. Attorney Berman asked me about the accident in a very detailed manner and showed a lot of empathy. This is consistent through the entire process which just concluded about a month ago. Attorney Berman is also very experienced. He used his expertise and network to put forward a few critical recommendations. Initially we weren't 100% sure and again Attorney was very patient in the entire process explaining the pros and cons. This review is LONG overdue and it should have written much sooner - 16 years sooner!! I was so fortunate to have been referred to Attorney Jon Berman when I had my initial auto accident in 2009.
