2 stars -- only because of Betty I'm giving this review two stars solely because of Betty. She was the only one in the office who seemed organized, informed, and actually got things done. Betty consistently remembered the details of my case and kept things moving forward. Unfortunately, my experience with David, the attorney, was incredibly frustrating. He repeatedly forgot who I was, the details of my case, and even the basics of our prior conversations. It often felt like I was fighting him just to get him to fight for me, despite the fact that my case was straightforward -- I was rear-ended and not at fault. Communication from the office was confusing and lacked any sense of urgency or strategy. This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing experience I've ever had with legal representation. If you're looking for a lawyer who is sharp, attentive, and ready to advocate for you, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
