We just worked on our will, POA, and a bunch of other stuff with Attny. Michael Vollano. It was such a pleasure to deal with someone who is not only knowledgeable but kind and friendly. We definitely appreciate all his help.

i met with attorney Donovan because i wanted a will made and I also have to go through probate and he told me it would not take long because I am listed as survivor on the house. he made me feel better and took a lot of worry off my shoulders. reasonable rates and everything including the will be done in less then month or two (at least that is what he told me) and I do not have to pay an arm and leg. But let me explain to you what happened when my husband died suddenly when we lived in TN. I left the house for ten minutes and when I left he was sitting at the table. 11 minutes later I walk in and found him on the floor dead. the grief I was in and still in was beyond any words I can write here. when I went to the funeral home I asked if she knew a lawyer I could get and she asked why I needed a lawyer and I told her well my husband just died and I need to hire a lawyer for our estate. she asked you were married and living together? is everything you own in both of your names and I said yes. she said you do not need a lawyer. everything goes to you, she said I might need to show a death certificate to the bank but the house, cars and anything else goes to me. the weight that was sitting on my shoulders just lifted off. not the grief but it made it so much easier for me moving forward. that is the way it should be in every state. but nope good old CT is making me go through probate (even thought I am listed on the house deed). so if you need a lawyer I can highly recommend attorney Donovan. I will update this review once the house is in my name and my will is done. but so far i am happy with Attorney Donovan.
