I had a great experience with Moots & Pellegrini during my divorce -- they were professional and responsive. They recommended Attorney Ken Taylor for a real estate matter, but my experience with him was completely different. He was hard to reach, didn't return calls, and later sent me a $900 bill even though no agreement was signed and I was told consultations were free. When I tried to discuss it, he was dismissive and even chuckled when I mentioned filing a grievance. I also contacted his secretary, Jesica Mineo, to resolve it but never received a response. Please do you research.
