I have worked with Levine Law for the last 3 years and have experienced the most professional, quality and honest representation you could hope for. Hiring Levine Law LLC to help with my immigration process has honestly been one of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made. It might sound like an over exaggeration, but we genuinely could not have completed the process without Marcy's help. I was initially attempting to do it all by myself, but the stress of this ended up sending me into a very unhealthy place. I like to think that I'm good at paperwork--my mother is an English teacher who raised me well, I'm educated, and I recognise that I'm also privileged to have English as a first language--but I swear they make these documents purposefully difficult to understand!! If we hadn't had Marcy recommended to us, I am quite certain our application would have been rejected. It turned out we didn't even have all the correct applications we needed! From the moment we met her, it was clear she knew exactly what she was doing. She has fantastic confidence and professionalism, but also manages to make you feel so relaxed. She clearly works extremely hard (she was heavily pregnant when first helping us but it didn't even phase her!) and strives to keep up with the ever-changing system, but makes it seem effortless and still show that she enjoys her work. Throughout the whole application process, her meticulous attention to detail made us feel like she had things at hand (labelling every single document, filing things with coded tabs etc etc), however she still made sure we knew all the possible things that could go wrong just because of the complexities of the system. On the day of our interview... Marcy unexpectedly had to rush to out of state to help another client who was in an emergency--and as scary as it was for a moment, I quickly relaxed because we realised how well she had prepared us. That's no mean feat! It's safe to say, we will forever be so grateful for the services and support of Levine Law LLC, and will definitely return in the future when it's time for me to start the next step.

Marcy billed us an hour every time, for coming to her house to pay her, she breached her contract by not attending our interview that we waited almost a year for, because she was going to be on vacation that day. We had to fire her because of how unprofessional she was. We hired a new attorney that was able to attend our interview.In the mean time Marcy gave our new attorney issues forwarding our case over, and the case she prepared was a complete mess. Our new attorney asked if this was her first case! After the interview, immigration sent our documents to Levine Law instead of our new attorney, and Marcy is basically stealing the documents. She's refusing to send them to us. We even went to the Waterford police department about this and she admitted to the officer on the phone she had possession of the documents, but told him you can come knock and I will not answer the door. Is this what you expect from a professional attorney? Or the actions of a 12 year old? I think the latter! Save your money, which I will say her price was 3k more than our new attorney would have charged us from the beginning. I highly recommend finding anyone but Levine Law to help you with any legal matter you have.
