Extremely Disappointed - Unprofessional and Unresponsive After Signing I signed with Morgan & Morgan after a car accident on March 23, 2025, expecting professional help in getting fair compensation. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with any professional service. After signing the agreement, I received a call from a case assistant the following Tuesday. I couldn't talk at that moment and promised to call back--since then, I've called over a dozen times, left messages, tried to reach both the assistant and the attorney assigned--no response whatsoever. I even contacted the main office, but no one could offer a solution. It's been over 10 days, and no communication, no action, not even a simple update. I finally asked to cancel the case and was told it would "take two days to process." That was days ago--still no confirmation, no response. I understand mine might not be a "big case," but if that's how they view it, they shouldn't take it in the first place. This was a complete waste of time, trust, and emotional energy. If you value your time and sanity, I strongly advise going elsewhere.
