After speaking with Paul on the telephone a few times and finally meeting him in person at his law office I have been, initially, very impressed with his 37 year legal career and his more than fundamental knowledge of the law relating to this instant matter. I am very comfortable speaking with him about this very bizarre Eviction matter that has stressed me out and compromised my already poor health for almost seven (7) months since serving me a Notice To Quit Possession on or about 8 DEC 2021, and this matter going all the way back to August of 2021 when the landlord's son failed to take preemptive measures to avoid a flood taking place in my rental unit when he could have done so and he should have done so.
