Having never been in trouble with the law Jacobs & Dow, LLC came into my life at one of the lowest points of my life. Wow, I don't even know where to begin, truth is as ashamed as I am to admit to being in trouble way too many times to know and experience several different lawyers, and public defenders I have to say that William Dow has to be the ONLY ONE I've ever came across whom shows nothing but care, respect and honesty! As a fellow attorney, years ago I met with Dow regarding a fairly simple matter. I found him to be profane, cavalier, arrogant, self righteous & borderline unethical in attempting to catergorize a retainer as "non refundable". In spite of dealing to represent me, he wanted to keep the retainer. Thankfully he realized the error of his ways & we both agreed the retainer monies should go to a woman with stage 4 ovarian cancer.
