This was my experience as a potential new client - Very disappointed with the lack of communication from attorney Orozco and her staff. It's been weeks (more than a month by now) since I have been trying to finalize the output of a consultation I had with Sara. When I would call, I was promised every week that I was going to get a scheduled meeting with her or she was going to follow-up with me personally. She did call me only once and unfortunately, I was not available. I texted her within 4 hours back confirming that the following morning she suggested worked best and that I would make myself available/accommodate her busy schedule. I also called her office that day again to confirm our call. I received nothing - no phone call nor further explanation on next steps or when she would reach out. Very unprofessional.
