Prolete is by far the most professional Physical Therapy Center I have ever visited. Dr. Brian was well informed and both generous and patient as he explained the problem and his recommendation for a resolution. I left with a comprehensive plan of action steps I could take at home and a clear sense of direction for future visits. I feel confident that I will correct the plantar fasciitis with the help of Prolete. I would highly recommend Prolete to anyone who wants real science based attention.

I could not have gotten through my pregnancy without the help of Helena. I want to thank her for her kindness, empathy, knowledge, professionalism and overall dedication to the work that she does for women like myself. She completely prepared me for birth and I felt so much more at ease during my delivery knowing all the prep work that we did together leading up to the birth of my son. I went to Prolete for postpartum PT specifically pelvic floor. It was my second child and I did not do this for my first. It was one of the best things I did for myself after having a baby. I gained strength and confidence back. Helena was a pleasure--incredibly empathic, patient, and educational. I was provided with knowledge to help me continue to strengthen on my own! Highly recommend for new moms!

I visited Prolete for the latter stages of a pinched nerve, which had caused some arm weakness/loss of strength and minor atrophy. While I had some computer issues with my initial registration, staff there was able to accommodate me with a paper version. They were also good about scheduling me for late visits, which I know is what most people request, and which are tougher to secure. PT staff (I primarily dealt with CJ) were all very pleasant, but appropriately pushed me to the maximum that I could do to regain my strength. As of my final reassessment I had regained almost equal strength to the opposite arm. Home exercises were also provided right off the bat to increase results. The exercises are available on your phone, with helpful how-to videos. The facility itself was very clean, has ample parking, and is in a very nice section of town in the center of Milford.

this review is long overdue!! i did PT at prolete for about six months to manage extremely painful plantar fasciitis that was so bad it was throwing off my entire body. Prolete helped me sooo much in healing & rehabilitating my plantar fasciitis. Lindsay & CJ are amazing. as well as Wendy & Trudy Ann (sorry if I spelled that wrong!!) at the front desk. they truly care about their patients & it's a really warm and welcoming space. highly recommend!!!
