They certainly know their way around the system but overall experience was nothing but a headache. I requested documents that were lost between time and only ever received condescending tones when retrieving and receiving confirmation. The information I needed from them was right at the tips of their fingers but, instead during this horrible process they still gave nothing but trouble. Only go through them if you're absolutely desperate.
