I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent work of the physiotherapy of Carlson Procare. The staff are highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the very first visit, I felt supported and treated with great respect. The therapists take time to explain every procedure, answer all questions, and tailor the treatment to individual needs. The atmosphere in the department is cordial,friendly, and very well organized, which makes every session comfortable and reassuring. Thanks to their skill and dedication, I have a noticed significant improvement in my condition. I am truly grateful for their hard work and the positive impact they have made on my health. Carlson Procare is a great place to get physical therapy. My experience there has been amazing and has helped me feel better from the first couple of visits. The therapists are very knowledgeable and extremely qualified to perform various treatments and exercises to feel better. I have seen Matt and he has been terrific. He is efficient and knows what needs to be done. Also, Matt is compassionate and personable. The facility is clean and the staff including the front desk are very pleasant and welcoming. If you are in need of PT Carlson Procare is a wonderful place to get you feeling better.

When I chose Carlson Procare for my physical therapy, I knew right away that I chose well. My first meeting with Matt made me feel so comfortable. He explained things well and put me at ease. I had 2 visits with Gramos who was so knowledgeable and was fun to talk with. Due to summer vacations and change in my schedule I continued with Josh. He is excellent and I have continued improving under his superb care. Although it is good that I will be completing my therapy soon, I will miss all the wonderful staff that makes this place so great.

I have had nothing but the best experience and service since coming here! The space is always clean and organized! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, but I especially can't say enough positive things about Josh who has been my primary therapist! He is very knowledgeable and is so understanding of what I was dealing with; After just a few visits, he already had me feeling significantly better and allowed me to go about everyday tasks without any pain! I highly recommend the whole practice, and wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

The therapists and staff at Carlson are awesome! Josh and Matt have been so knowledgeable and helpful throughout recovery from my surgery. Even my surgeon was amazed and surprised at my progress at my post surgery appointments. I'm definitely coming back when I do my other leg surgery. I also love that Carlson offers times before and after work it's easy to make things work with me schedule and get to PT.
