We met with Attorney McCann on October 24th and the consultation itself went very well. She took copies of our records, understood the urgency of our situation, and everything seemed promising. Unfortunately, that's where the communication ended. It has now been a month with no follow-up at all. We left a voicemail and submitted messages through the website, but never received a response. We had even discussed pricing and next steps during the meeting, so the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. Our initial impression was positive, but the complete drop-off afterward left us unable to move forward during an already stressful time.
