I hired Mark Colson for multiple charges I was charged with in 2025. Immediately after hiring Mark, he showed up to the county jail to do a Pro-Visit. He was always on time there early at court to discuss my case and represent me at court. Always answered his phone when I had any questions at all. Long story short, he ended up getting me out of jail with 2 years probation and time served when I was initially looking at multiple years of incarceration. I would HIGHLY encourage anyone to hire Attorney Mark Colson! It was a year ago that I met Mark by phone and he took the time to go over my case IN DETAIL. I came up from out of state & met Mark and he was the most caring person. He made sure to call to see if I arrived from my flight safely, walked me into court when I was barely standing from flight layover jet lags & always listened to my concerns. He took the time to research my case, went to court when I couldn't come sometimes & finally was able to request that the entire case be dismissed.
