I would definitely recommend this firm for all your real estate transactions. I wish there were more firms out there with the personnel touch that Steve gives to each client. Unlike other firms , once you speak to their attorneys, everything then turns over to their paralegals. Steve is very reasonable in his costs too. At the end of your closing, his team prepares a hard copy binder like no other I have seen to date for your final real estate documents. I have nothing bad to say about Steve and his team, but if you do not use his firm, its your loss.
