First time home buyer here, young, and obviously need to save money any way I can. In CT it is not required that an attorney do a municipal search, however I wanted to get it done myself. I asked Tony and he immediately told me he could not represent me if I was trying to take "short cuts to save money." Would not even let me talk to explain and dismissed me. Extremely disappointed as he came highly recommended to me by someone close to me.
