1 year ago. Richard Alan berensten. took my case. I never met he. He never call to discuss I call many time. Last week spoke paralegal she say. They send wait 30 days. Today he told case got declined how you never sat down with at poor lawyer. And very rude and nasty
I've been trying to check the status of my case for almost 2 years and haven't recieved any info on the status yet. Richard is never "available" I call leave my name and number and NEVER receive a call back. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
