I was the passenger in a car accident where the driver my neighbor was doing 70 on a 55 on Route 8 hitting a truck in the back. My neighbor played with my life the whole time i was telling him to slow down and neither the truck driver or me were able to give our statements since we were taking to the emergency room. Injured my leg and back I walked into Cohen and Thomas because it was close to home i talked to gregory about my accident and how no doctor wanted to use my insure since it happen in a car accident. Gregory didnt hesitate to make me sign a contract right away telling me he can help me. I gave him medical bills from ambulance hospital bills, and pictures of the accident. I didnt hear from him so i reach the office, supposibly his always at court whenever someone calls and he would always be at work just reject or ignore calls from anyone, i walked in one month later and he said he havent got the police report yet i had to call the state tropper station myself got the police report number they told me i could of got it that day if i paid but gregory only needed the report number. I gave it to him and till last wenesday 01/01/17 he haven't done anything i had the insurances companies from both drivers calling me because they can't get a hold of him. Thanks to him i had to wait 2 months to start my treatment. My new attorney got everything done in 2 days only, getting the police report talking to both insurance sending a letter to all my doctors saying the bills will be paid when it settles. If i would of stay with Cohen and Thomas i wouldn't had still hear from them. He knew i had a 2 month old baby i had to support but he didn't do anything but waste my time and let me deal with bill collectors and pain.
