Jake answered the phone, he was very friendly, he didn't have a rush in his voice and took a moment to actually listen. He told me he would put me through to the attorney Joe Romanello. Extremely surprised I was able to actually speak to an attorney. Normally, when you call a law firm, they are either too busy to speak, call back days later, but not this firm. They gave the service I was looking for. I was requesting a unique contract service on a new business and as busy as he was, Joe Romanello was up for the challenge. During the process Jake kept me updated, Joe answered his phone, communication was on active and the end results were exactly how I expected them to be.
