Mancuso Carey

The one star is for Lindsay who made an effort to keep me informed. As for the rest of the experience: horrific! I felt as though Mancuso was my adversary instead of my advocate. I found him rude, aggressive and arrogant. He accused me of lying and when proven it was actually he who had dropped the ball, he never acknowledged it. He did once apologize for not returning a message but with an "if" in it, like, "IF I skipped your message I apologize."That is the apology of a narcissist. When I went to the Mancuso office to sign papers it was chaos. Stacks of papers everywhere for anyone to see and no one behind the reception desk. Mancuso walked in while I was sitting right there, never introduced himself or shook my hand. Just marched back to his office. And when it came time to sign, I was with another lawyer and found mistakes, omissions and disorganization. Extremely unsettling. Come to find out Mancuso was amidst his OWN closing and is now a member of a large real estate legal conglomerate that does closings in 12 states. No wonder there was so little attention or care for mine. The first question I asked him was if he had time to handle my closing and he said he did. Hmmmm. It definitely did not feel like it. I would not use this firm to notarize my grocery list.

I recently used Nick for an off market purchase. He was referred by a local investor friend. He is always quick to respond and help with anything needed. Looking forward to closing more deals with them in the near future.

We used Nicholas Mancuso as our closing attorney for both the purchase and sale of our home (2 years apart). Both experiences were great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him again. Nick is a great guy, very friendly and professional. He and his team took care of paperwork efficiently and made everything come together right on time. I would not hesitate to give him my business again. Way to go Nick!

Can't say enough good words about how helpful Atty Mancuso was in selling my property. Everything about the sale was a nightmare. Nick showed tremendous patience through a very aggravating process with a difficult buyer and got us over the finish line! Will definitely call Nick to help with any future real estate transactions I may have. A total pro all the way!

I've purchased three houses and sold two through Nick. Nick and his folks are great at communicating and always ready to go to bat. He's a great open ear and gives great guidance during stressful times. Patience is an understatement. I'll never use anyone else!
