The process took much longer than expected but we were just getting past covid so.. I would say the office staff were very helpful yet a lack of being informed as to where the case was as far as court, other side ect. I met with the attorney twice in 2 plus years, his assistant took over and was very knowledgeable and finally we got to the finish line. Mine was not a huge case so possibly there was more important matters at hand.. Karen Kelsey
