I had a consultation with Ms. Snodgrass the other day regarding a very difficult custody situation. She was kind, attentive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She explained all of the legal issues clearly and helped me formulate a plan to be sure my daughter is safe and happy. I was thoroughly impressed with our meeting and felt hopeful and empowered afterwards.

Nate was awesome! Very helpful and he actually took the entire first consultation slotted time to chat with me. Highly recommend.

My consultation with Steve Whitmore was amazing. He listened to my story top to bottom before shaping his advice. He gave me a few options to consider and was very gentle with a very unfortunate topic- he offered a great perspective and some things I hadn't realized I needed to consider until that moment- would recommend for sure, very professional, kind and efficient.

I had a great consultation with Kelly. My problem was a sibling threatening me by taking me to probate court. Turns out she doesn't have a leg to stand on. Plus I learned some stuff that I didn't even know. Kelly was great. Thank you Kelly

Shadiest of lawyers so far, my dad put his retainer end of August they've really done nothing. They told him to get some things done he got them done within a week. Then 3 weeks pass nothing they emailed asking where they are, which is wild because they had them, then they billed him for an email asking where things were. They verified some info then we recieved a letter saying to pay again but theres no invoice or anything. He can never actually talk to anyone hes called billing but they dont call back. Im not too happy personally with how they're handling his case so far, communication lacking and sketchy billing, I understand billing for what you do but you haven't done anything but email asking where documents yall already had are and charge him for it. I would not recommend this office if you are trying to handle things asap or want someone who can communicate what's going on. December update! they're finally doing something but overcharging etc. Spoke to zach to try to get it handled but he never actually seemed to do anything about the bills or respond back after speaking with him, and guess what another lovely email from the rude James mcbee about how we owe even more now.... overall frustrating and happy this case should be over soon and my dad can get his documents and be done. Recieved another bill! 90 dollars to talk to zach because we didnt agree with some charges(never heard back but were scared to even call again because no one fixes things and then charges for literally doing nothing) Andrew said he wouldn't charge for something, and low and behold theres a charge for that too. Overall so in total my dad's being overcharged by about 400 bucks now, they try to not send invoices then say oh your case is done we will send retainer in 2 months. Do not use this company unless you want to be nickle and dimed, your case dragged on for far too long, and lack of communication (and when they do reach out its incredibly expensive im talking about 90 dollars for a single email confirming what they should have known from the start, which they then get wrong and charge you to fix their mistakes aswell) .
