Mr. Filosa was my personal injury attorney. He is the most honest, respectful attorney I have ever dealt with. He is always concerned about YOU getting better! It is not all about dollars and cents to him. Gary and Laura have your personal best interest truly at heart. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Filosa. His paralegal, Laura, is absolutely amazing as well. Gary went up against nationwide insurance for my case and did an amazing job!!!

I just wanted to post this, even though I never really got a chance to actually hire Gary. I was going through a terrible divorce and needed to talk things over with an attorney on how to proceed.Another attorney I had called suggested speaking with Gary Filosa so I set up an appointment to do just that. Now, my final divorce was only weeks away and I didn't really know how to proceed. I went to Gary's office for an hour consultation and I couldn't have been happier that I did! Not only did he spend over an hour and a half analyzing my documentation, but he truly cared what was happening...and that is rare with most attorneys. He gave me some great advice, which I took away with me and I really appreciate the time he gave me, without any concern whatsoever that the consultation ran far past what I was supposed to get. If I could give negative stars I would. My mom used this attorney years ago and she lost everything to an abusive husband. My dad was an abusive man to my mom, myself, and brothers and sisters. My mom left after 20 years of physical, mental, and emotional abuse with 5 children. My dad was given half my mom's hard earned retirement fund, the house that was almost paid off, and reduced child support ($250 for 5 kids). My mom had to take 5 children homeless and start over from scratch with nothing- no house, no retirement, no child support. My abusive father got half custody of my youngest sister (by herself). The parenting plan was every other day from parent to parent- no stability! My mom got screwed!

I have had many cases with Gary. He is an excellent lawyer who works very hard for his client's rights. I highly recommend Gary.
