My lawyer through here was great! No complaints on him, but I do have a complaint on how the paralegal/accountant handles refunds and customer service! I just went through a divorce and put a retainer down, my lawyer did not use all of the retainer fee, he did explain to me that if the the whole retainer fee was not used then I would be refunded the unused amount that was left. Its been over 70 days, I have not received a refund even though they say one was issued. I have been told that the paralegal would contact me about the issue and then she never did, and then I tried to call and no one answered, I left a message for a call back with an update and never received one. Customer service with the paralegel/accountant that supposably works only at night is very poor or non existent!

Joyce Vigil has represented me in my divorce. She along with her hard working and very professional staff have helped, worked tirelessly and supported me through some very large obstacles throughout this process. I would like to counter the negative and honestly slanderous claims by Ms. Oaks. She is the partner to my now ex husband, which should explain her feelings and stance a bit more. However, it does not excuse the slander and harsh unnecessary criticism in her review as Ms oaks was not represented by Joyce in the case she is referring to. Joyce and her staff are hardworking, honest professionals that get their job done and know how to do it very well. There are no cases of blackmail, there are no investigations with the bar association. She does not have the authority to revoke parental care. She can however give you a platform to properly present your case to the judge. Divorce is never really a win or lose for anyone. It's unfortunate and a hard part of life but if you're finding yourself in need of a lawyer that will fight for you when it counts then you have found her. As stated before Joyce Vigil does her job and she does it well! I would highly recommend Joyce Vigil to anyone that is in need of great representation.
