Charlene Medina is so rude, refused to give me a paper with my balance due on it. Refused to let me speak to someone else. When I asked her how she knows how much balance is she said she has a worksheet on her computer. Then refused to print out the worksheet. Continued to say there is no way for her to show me my balance. How do they know how much money to collect if she doesn't know my balance. This is absolutely ridiculous. Charlene Medina is absolutely the worst customer service and all together shady practices. Called back again and now it's a different story. I am not upset nor angry. All I want is something in writing with the balance I still owe. Charlene Medina is still continuing to refuse to send it to me. You don't need to hire them to be treated with common decency. Charlene has a personal chip on her shoulder. All this could be taken care of if she would simply email me something showing my balance still owed. The proof is in the pudding, look at reviews. All complaints about Charlene Medina. We call that a pattern of poor customer service. It's sad that this woman thinks simply because people fall on hard times they are beneath her or deserve to be treated with disrespect. This woman is a secretary a working class job however she thinks she will humiliate people by disclosing hard times. I just want something in writing showing how much I still owe. Update: took a call to my job, the better business bureau and the attorney general all for quite possibly the saddest woman I have ever had the disdain to speak with to send an email to me. Wow this is an example of unhappy person through and through. If I'm so horrible why would she continue to drag this out and not just send the email... Other than the fact she can feel a small bit of power and control in what must be a sad existence. In all their responses to negative reviews I find it interesting they think a tactic to respond is attempts at humiliation. Jokes on you Charlene Medina people fall on hard times and they should never be ashamed of that.

Worst secretary I ever meet. Very rude, and please bring your business somewhere else, who is compassionate in your case. This office/business is not helping you at all. Im not client, but your office sent me a motion,but it came back to your office and I talked to your secretary who is rude and told me is not her problem I didn't get the letter from your office. I even came to your office personally to pick up the mail.
