A waste of time and money. Expectations were set then habitually missed. When I expressed disappointment, there was no effort shown to stay on top of communication or my case. As opposed to earning my trust, they encouraged me to seek a different law firm, so I did and had to incur the expense twice as a result. I encourage Volpe Law to post the conversation between myself and the firm so interested parties can determine why this was not a good fit for themselves.
