I suffered a SCI (spinal cord injury) and during my state of incapacitation, Darby Hoggart assisted, counseled, advised, negotiated, and navigated my wife through an intricate work comp process. During my lengthy rehabilitation, Darby was very professional. He was very responsive to our calls and text, answering all our questions. He understood the law and prepared us for what to expect. After I got the dreaded call from the insurance adjuster, I checked online for a lawyer and found Mr. Darby's office. The person answering the phone was considerate and helpful, this person is the best in getting me set up with an appointment to his law firm. When I spoke to the paralegal she answered all my questions and she was able to speak with me in Spanish too!, that right there is the best service I have received from a law firm. Mr. Darby was very kind and SUPER understanding, he always asked me how I was doing, even tho he knows the physical pain I was in. His law firm and the BEST employees he has working on my case and anyone else will feel comfortable and at easy speaking with them. Thank you for helping me out! You guys ROCK.

Darby and his team worked with me when I felt like I had nowhere to go or no choice. They helped me understand the rights I have after my workman's comp injury. They put my mind at ease and made sure I wasn't being jacked around through all the medical care I needed. Gloria is amazing at getting back to me with any questions or concerns I had. Darby and his team helped us through 2 1/2 years of stress of dealing with Workers Comp after my husbands work accident. Gloria, his paralegal, was always an encouragement and very helpful.
