I was in a car accident where I was not at fault. I sustained a whiplash injury for which I will be receiving a settlement for. I'm still in some pain today even though it has been a few months since my last treatment. I also have medical bills that need to be paid for by the at-fault insurance company and I wasn't sure if the settlement they were offering was truly fair.
